My creative process is based on using Design Thinking to deliver amazing experiences to users.

I have the conviction that design has this power of solving complex problems and changing circumstances. Applying Design Thinking concepts as a base of this process, I’m always trying to understand the scenario by researching, talking, and exchanging ideas, as well as discovering who the user is, testing and defining process paths, and validating the discoveries. This, of course, is not just a recipe to follow, so it’s not a linear process per se.

I feel lucky for having been able to develop my expertise by working with amazing people and companies throughout the last years.
